Kuta, Bali – March 28, 2025 – Harper Kuta Bali is delighted to announce the return of our special menu item, "Bebek Timbungan," for this month. After gaining immense popularity as a top-choice dish last month, this signature Balinese delicacy has become a favorite among our guests at Harper Kuta Bali.

Bebek Timbungan is an authentic Balinese duck dish, prepared using a traditional cooking technique where marinated duck is slow-cooked inside bamboo. This method enhances the flavors, resulting in exceptionally tender and delicious meat.

As one of Bali’s oldest and most celebrated dishes, Bebek Timbungan traces its roots back to the ancient Balinese Lontar manuscript, “Dharma Caruban.”
