Cikarang, November – Harper Cikarang proudly announces its remarkable achievement as the First Place winner in the Archipelago Black Box Battle competition, held at Fave Hyper Square – Bandung on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. This competition brought together culinary professionals from the Archipelago's West Java region, showcasing their creativity and excellence in crafting the best dishes and beverages.

In this competition, Harper Cikarang impressed the judges with Chef Dadan Ginanjar's creation, Chicken Yakitori with Cauliflower Rice, which combined innovative flavors with stunning presentation. Second place was awarded to Chef Candra from Aston Cirebon, and third place went to Chef Riswan Pramudia from Favehotel Pamanukan.

The Archipelago Black Box Battle is an annual competition designed to celebrate the creativity and expertise of chefs and F&B leaders. This year's event featured 11 top chefs and F&B leaders from across West Java, representing various Archipelago Hotel units, who showcased their unique strengths in presenting exceptional dishes and beverages.
