Kuta, Bali, August 30, 2024 – Harper Kuta Bali Hotel conducted a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program on July 19, 2024, marking a significant step on the road to its 11th Anniversary Celebration. The CSR initiative, held in Klungkung Regency, provided much-needed support to three local families facing severe hardships.
The first family visited was that of a courageous single mother battling cancer. Despite her illness, she remains the sole caretaker of her three young children, demonstrating resilience in the face of overwhelming challenges. Harper Kuta Bali extended assistance to this family, aiming to ease their daily burdens and bring hope during this difficult time.
The second household touched by the CSR program is that of a young girl living with her grandmother. The child has been left in her grandmother's care while her father works in another regency, and her mother is no longer present. Tragically, the girl suffered a severe accident that has left her unable to walk or attend school for an extended period. Harper Kuta Bali provided support to aid in her recovery and education, ensuring she receives the care and resources she needs.
The third and final visit was to a mother suffering from epilepsy who lives in a remote, one-room shelter with her young daughter. The family lives without electricity and in conditions far below acceptable standards for habitation. Harper Kuta Bali’s team provided essential supplies and assistance, aiming to improve their living conditions and bring some comfort to their challenging circumstances.
This CSR program is a testament to Harper Kuta Bali Hotel’s ongoing commitment to the community as part of its journey toward the 11th Anniversary Celebration. By focusing on those most in need, the hotel aims to make a lasting impact on the lives of these families, offering them not just assistance, but also a sense of hope and community.
