Cikarang, August 2024 – In celebration of the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, Harper Cikarang proudly organized a series of exciting competitions aimed at strengthening camaraderie and fostering a spirit of nationalism among employees. The event took place on August 19, 2024, at the Harper Cikarang hotel premises.

Various traditional August 17th games were held with joy and a spirit of brotherhood, including the Squat Walking Race on Cardboard, a water transfer race with blindfolds and funnels, and the equally thrilling water volleyball group competition, which fostered a sense of unity among different departments.

"This event is a manifestation of our gratitude and pride as part of the Indonesian nation. Through these competitions, we hope to encourage all employees and trainees to experience the spirit of unity and mutual cooperation that is the foundation of our country's establishment," said Arini Roch, Assistant Human Resource Manager at Harper Cikarang.

In addition to the competitions, the event was also enlivened with traditional snacks such as Es Doger and Bakso Cuanki, brought directly from street vendors in the Lippo Cikarang area, along with various exciting door prizes prepared by the hotel management.
